Join us every Thursday mid-day for a guided meditation group with Philip Clark!
Philip offers a soothing and informative experience for all levels of meditators. He teaches the fundamentals as well as the more profound benefits of meditation. Each class he provides is an unscripted journey created in the energy of the moment, intuitively delivered to the individuals present in each group. Attending meditation group regularly with Philip encourages us to deepen our practice and the understanding of it.

How meditation benefits us:
Focusing on healthy balance and acceptance of our emotional states can help bring a sense of peacefulness, greater depth in relationships, and helps build a better foundation for motivation and the development of spirit. Focusing on optimal balance of our overall mental state can help bring clarity, greater effectiveness, enhanced creativity, and assists in the development of conceptual abilities. On the spiritual level, meditation can bring a person closer to whatever “God” means to them, and open new ways of being, which are beyond anything the human self can imagine. Additionally, meditation can assist us in reaching an optimal state of physical well-being and can have a positive effect on our physiological health. As we slow our breath and quiet our mind, we can achieve a deeper state of inner peace.
Many people are feeling pulled toward this higher way of being and want to find more viable ways of living, which growth through meditation can bring. The desire for more openness to higher levels of consciousness, to find out what else is “out there” or “in there,” is developing a new frontier. Meditation is the vehicle for such pioneering.
